Plot Summary:The film is being made to celebrate the 40th anniversary of friendly relations between Japan and China, and will be a collaborative effort between the two countries. Set in Aomori, Beijing and Tokyo, a fashion designer and single mother has a grandmother who was an orphan in China. The woman then meets and falls in love with a Chinese man. Through their relationship the woman is able to grow as a person .
